Live Oak Products In the past I have purchased many types of wooden practice swords and staffs, only to find that in real practice, they were not able to take real impact without splitting or breaking. Therefore, I started to develop my own weapons. My swords and staffs are made of Hickory or Oak. The wood is hand picked from the forest surrounding Columbus, Georgia.
